The MCJ 300 Slicer is designed for cutting bulb vegetables and pitted fruits into slices or sticks, making it ideal for continuous production lines of fried potatoes, cassava, or bananas. It allows for both manual and bulk feeding.
The machine features a vertical axis rotor with a rotating disc equipped with blades. As the product moves inside, centrifugal force pushes it against a fixed blade, slicing it with each turn. The slice thickness can be easily adjusted by slightly modifying the spiral-shaped casing.
