The DKT50-222 is a strong, straight-running, and positively driven conveyor belt, specifically designed and engineered for the food processing industry. It features a perforated deck with openings of 10 x 1 mm and a 22% open surface area, making it especially suitable for transporting rice and other smaller food products where effective drainage is required.
By default, the belt includes optional flights available in heights of 25 mm, 50 mm, 75 mm, or 100 mm. Additionally, the belt can be configured in a hybrid solution to enhance its strength, durability, and versatility. In the hybrid configuration, the DKT50-222 can be adapted to support side and/or center chains, side plates, custom flights, and guide blocks, making it a flexible solution for various food handling applications.
