Variety Description

Silverton Russet is a high-yielding, medium- to late-maturing russet variety developed for both fresh and processing markets, particularly French fries. It is valued for its long, smooth tubers, excellent fry color from both fresh and stored potatoes, and strong performance across a range of environments.

  • Skin: Light to medium russeted, smooth texture
  • Flesh Color: White to cream
