Variety Description

The Fidelity potato is an early-maincrop variety developed by the IPM Potato Group. It is characterized by high yields of medium-sized tubers with excellent uniformity. The tubers have a long dormancy period, making them suitable for long-term storage of up to nine months. Additionally, Fidelity maintains very low sugar levels during storage, which is beneficial for processing purposes.
