北美地区

在北美洲，马铃薯的生产集中在美国和加拿大两个国家，它们在世界马铃薯生产国中分别排在第5和第14位。
自1990年以来，两国的产量均显著增加，其中美国现在的平均产量约为每公顷45吨，加拿大为每公顷30吨。
这两个国家也是冷冻马铃薯产品的主要出口国。
