Flikweert Vision Reaches Milestone: 300th QualityGrader Delivered to First Customer Quaak Potato B.V.

Flikweert Vision is proud to announce a very special milestone: the delivery of its 300th QualityGrader. This landmark machine is headed to none other than Quaak Potato B.V. in Scherpenisse — the very first customer who placed their trust in Flikweert Vision.

The story dates back to 2019, when Flikweert Vision connected with Willem Quaak of Quaak Potato B.V., a family business with deep roots in the Zeeland clay, spanning three generations. With a passion for growing potatoes, onions, and other crops, Quaak Potato is committed to one clear mission: delivering products of the highest possible quality to their customers.

At that time, Flikweert Vision was just beginning its journey. The team was developing a prototype of the QualityGrader — an innovative optical sorting machine designed to individually assess each product for quality with exceptional precision. While many in the industry were still watching from the sidelines, Willem Quaak took the leap. He tested the prototype, responded with great enthusiasm, and decided to purchase three QualityGraders in the spring of 2020.

Now, five years later, Flikweert Vision is delivering two additional machines to Quaak Potato, one of which carries a special significance: the 300th QualityGrader ever produced. It’s a meaningful milestone for Flikweert Vision — not just as a company, but also as a reflection of where the journey began. With a partner who believed in the vision from day one and chose to pioneer alongside them.
