Het in 2009 gestarte concept in Utrecht telt vijf vestigingen, waarvan twee in Utrecht.
Stamppot to go meldt dat er verdriet heerst over het besluit, maar er is ook trots. Trots op het feit dat er initiatief is genomen, geleerd is en dat het misschien anderen in beweging heeft gezet.

Enactus UPEI's Spuds2Suds: Turning Potato Waste into Sustainable Soap and Community Support
UPEI students created Spuds2Suds, a soap made from surplus PEI potatoes. The eco-friendly project won top prizes at Enactus Regionals, donates a bar to food banks for each sold, and is now available locally. Next stop: Enactus Nationals in Calgary.
