Deep River Snacks, a product of the Old Lyme Gourmet Co., completed a $4 million offering with investment from Southbury, Conn.-based Najeti Ventures.
Named in the SEC filing were company founder and CEO Jim Goldberg, and directors and investors David A. Behnke and Chad Denen from Najeti.
Old Lyme, Conn.-based Deep River Snacks offers a line of 11 varieties of kettle-cooked potato chips and baked fries, and its earliest product, cheese popcorn.
