Vales Everest is a late-maturing potato variety from the United Kingdom, producing oval to round tubers with part-red, smooth skin, red eyes, and cream-colored flesh. It features pink sprouts and frequent white flowers. Known for excellent nematode resistance, especially to Globodera pallida, and good resistance to external damage, it shows medium resistance to late blight on foliage and high virus Y resistance. Cooking quality is stable, with only trace after-cooking blackening.
