Variety Description

Pentland Ivory is an early maincrop potato variety with oval, smooth, white-skinned tubers and cream flesh. It has good resistance to Potato Virus Y (Yo) and Dry Rot (Fusarium coeruleum). Developed by the Scottish Crop Research Institute, it features medium to tall plants with white flowers and a pink lightsprout base. 

It offers moderate resistance to common diseases like late blight and potato leafroll virus. This variety is well-suited for growers looking for disease resistance and early harvests.
