Falcon is a medium-early maturing crisping potato variety known for its excellent frying quality, maintained consistently through to spring. It features a stable and low sugar content, making it ideal for processing. With a medium to high yield and robust foliage, Falcon is adaptable to both sandy and clay soils, exhibiting good tolerance to drought and heat. Its long dormancy period and broad resistance package allow for versatile and resilient cultivation in diverse conditions.
