Eunike is an early to medium maturing potato variety primarily used for French fry production in the fresh market. It is known for its excellent storage capabilities and strong early yield performance. The plant develops nice, covering foliage and produces medium to large tubers with an attractive yellow, smooth skin and light yellow flesh. Its high dry matter content and long dormancy period further support its suitability for extended storage and processing.
