EARLY VALLEY

Early valley is a great general use potato, it is a round, slightly flat, white skin, white flesh Variety. It is the earliest maturing variety that have ever delt with. It is great for short growing Seasons and can be used where more than one crop Can be planted in the same year. Seven to eight tubers Per hill and can get very large if left in the soil all Season. 

This is the earliest potato we’ll find that will give baseball sized tubers in just over 2 months! We could be eating freshly dug baby taters in April with this variety. Fit Early Valley into tight rotations and still get bumper crops without compromising on field schedule. Bake, boil, mash or fry this all-purpose variety.
