POTATO EXPO is the largest conference and trade show for the potato industry held in North America.

In 2021 the Potato Expo will be held as a Virtual Experience, exclusively online.

Potato Expo offers educational programming covering the top issues facing the potato industry, provides countless networking opportunities with key decision makers and showcases the latest products and services for potato production and distribution.

Potato Expo includes numerous breakout sessions featuring experts from the potato industry, agriculture, and academic communities who discuss the latest trends, research and issues facing the fresh, chip, process, and seed sectors.

Virtual Potato Expo 2021 Brings Industry Together Over Potatoes

From January 5-7, more than 1,000 U.S. and international potato industry members joined the first-ever virtual Potato Expo. The annual event that kicks off the year for the industry, was brought online for the first time in response to the travel challenges imposed by the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
