In 2013, the Potato Expo - the largest potato conference in North America - will be organised in Las Vegas. This event, organised by the National Potato Council brings together the entire potato industry of the United States and beyond and also includes an ever expanding trade show.
Orginally the trade show was strongly oriented towards the primary sector, but increasingly suppliers of the entire supply chain are represented.
