Incalfer - Popcorn Production Line

​Incalfer's Popcorn Production Line is an industrial system designed to produce sweet or savory popcorn efficiently. The process begins with a receiving hopper that doses and feeds corn kernels into an expansion unit. This unit uses a perforated rotating drum with heated air to pop the kernels, with automatic controls for residence time and temperature to ensure optimal expansion. After popping, the popcorn passes through a rotating drum that separates unpopped kernels and fines. 

For flavored varieties, batch caramelizers with manual agitation and tilting are used to coat the popcorn, which is then cooled to prevent clumping. Finally, a continuous conveyor transports the finished product to the packaging area. The production line can be customized to meet various production capacities and specific client requirements.
