The Potato Jalli Chips (Kriss Cross) Machine – Model PJ1 is designed to produce criss-cross or lattice-style potato chips, often known as jalli chips or waffle chips.
This machine uses a rotary cutting mechanism with jalli blades to slice potatoes into criss-cross patterns. The potato is fed into the machine manually or through a hopper. The electric motor (3 H.P) powers the cutting drum, ensuring smooth and continuous cutting. You can adjust the thickness of the chips, and some models also allow for slight variations in the criss-cross shape.
