The DKT50-220 is a strong, straight-running, and positively driven conveyor belt, specifically designed and engineered for the food processing industry. Its perforated deck features 3 x 3.5 mm openings, providing a 20% open surface area, making it ideal for transporting vegetables, meat, fish, and fruits—especially in applications where effective drainage through small openings is essential.
By default, the belt can be equipped with flights available in heights of 25 mm, 50 mm, 75 mm, or 100 mm. Additionally, the DKT50-220 can be configured as a hybrid solution to enhance performance, strength, and durability. In this hybrid configuration, the belt can support side and/or center chains, side plates, custom flights, and guide blocks—providing flexible customization to meet specific processing needs.
