Variety Description
Zekura is a medium-sized potato bushes, the flowers and base of the stem of which are purple or reddish in color. Another distinctive feature of the variety is the taste of Zekura potatoes. When cooked, it practically does not boil over and has an excellent taste. The shape of the tubers in this variety is usually oblong, the eyes on them are small in size. Both the peel and the pulp of the Zekur varietal potato have a yellowish tint.
