Variety Description

Miss Mignonne is a first early, long-oval potato variety with yellow skin and light yellow flesh. Known for its firm cooking quality and excellent taste, it yields around 40 tonnes per hectare. This variety thrives in fresh market and pre-packed use, with a dry matter content of 18%. It requires careful irrigation, crop protection, and defoliation practices for optimal growth. 

While moderately susceptible to some diseases like Leave Roll virus and nematodes, it offers good resistance to common scab and silver scab. Miss Mignonne is best stored at +4°C with 95% relative humidity for long-term preservation.
