Jacqueline Lee is a high-yielding, late-maturing table-stock variety developed by Michigan State University and released in 2007. It produces oval, yellow-skinned tubers with pale yellow flesh and shallow eyes. Known for excellent eating quality and strong foliar resistance to late blight, it has medium specific gravity, long dormancy, and is susceptible to common scab.
