Variety Description

The GALANTE seed potato is ELORN PLANTS' flagship salad variety. Its taste and excellent presentation make it a high quality potato.

Physical Characteristics: 

  • Tubers: Elongated oblong shape with yellow skin and yellow flesh. The eyes are shallow to very shallow, contributing to a smooth appearance.
  • Plant: Medium-sized with a semi-erect to spreading growth habit. The foliage is intermediate in type.

  • Tuberization: High tuberization capacity, making it suitable for the production of baby potatoes.
