Variety Description

El Beida is a hardy, mid-early French potato producing large, white-fleshed oval tubers. It's valued for its excellent yield, adaptability to stressful climates, and strong storage ability. Ideal for boiling, salads, soups, or roasting due to its firm texture. While it lacks strong resistance to late blight and nematodes, it manages scab and viral pressures moderately well.
