The EUPPA Conference is special event, the first in-person conference of the kind since the Covid-19 outbreak - will bring together the European potato processing community to discuss the most topical issues for the sector.
The theme of this year’s EUPPA conference is "Driving sustainability in the potato processing industry". Keynote speakers will discuss the impact of the EU Green Deal and Farm to Fork strategy as well as some of the latest food trends on the potato processing sector.
The EUPPA sustainability successes will highlight some of EUPPA members' initiatives in different sustainability areas. The last part of the conference will be dedicated to Product Environmental Footprint (PEF) & Sustainability Labelling. This session will explore the challenges and opportunities linked to both issues.
