The United States Potato Board (USPB) is pleased to announce Kim Breshears has joined its staff as Marketing Programs Director in the Denver office. She started her new role August 18, 2014.
Breshears has a solid record of leadership and proven results guiding effective, integrated marketing communications and branding initiatives in both the agency and client environments.
Her diverse industry experience ranges from digital marketing and local search to consumer products, tourism and product development. Breshears is passionate about strategic planning, developing effective communications, delivering results and financial stewardship.
Prior to joining the USPB, Breshears was the Assistant Vice President of Marketing Communications and Branding at Dex Media and held several leadership roles at advertising and marketing agencies. Her work has earned numerous awards for marketing excellence, advertising, direct marketing, publishing, Latino marketing, growth and innovation. Breshears holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism with a focus on Advertising and Marketing from the University of Colorado.
Breshears will oversee the development and implementation of the marketing programs focused on retail, foodservice, ingredient uses and consumers for all potato products in the domestic and international markets.
