KMC is a Danish cooperative founded in 1933 and fully owned by Danish potato growers. The company focuses in creating, producing, and exporting potato-based ingredients for the worldwide food market, with clients in more than 90 countries.

Their product line comprises native potato starch, potato flakes, granules, and a range of modified starches designed for use in cheese, confectionery, baking, dairy, meat, snacks, and other applications.
