Construction of a large vegetable storehouse, designed mainly as a potato storage, is about to start in Ingushetia (Russian Federation), - reported the press service of the Republic of Ingushetia.
This decision was made during a recent visit to the farm of well-known agronomist Amirhan Khashagulgov, who complained about the lack of storage facilities for the potatoes.
This farmer from the village Yandare harvested this year a bumper crop of potatoes (more than 6000 MT, while the internal needs of the region are 10000 MT).
Thus, a vegetable storehouse with advanced ventilation system is to be built near the federal highway. Besides, an office building and a unit for production of potato crisps are planned to be constructed on the premises of the complex.
