De prijs voor aardappelen is aan een steile val bezig. Eind januari werd op de veiling nog meer dan 26 euro betaald voor 100 kg, nu is dat maar 18 euro meer.
Eind vorig jaar kende de aardappelprijs een forse opsprong. Van begin december naar midden januari ging het in een ruk van 16 euro voor 100 kg naar meer dan 26 euro.
Nu gaat het even snel weer bergaf. In functie van kwaliteit en bestemming wordt momenteel op de veiling nog 17 euro tot 19 euro voor 100 kg neergeteld.
