Derby is an early-maturing potato variety (≤ 3 months) with high yield potential (>40 tons/ha). It produces large, oval tubers with yellow skin, light yellow flesh, and medium eyes. Suitable for chips, crisps, and table use, Derby performs well in all potato-growing regions under intensive management. It has short dormancy, 21.2% dry matter, and good resistance to Late Blight, Scab, PCN (G. rostochiensis), and Wart disease (Fysio 1 & 2). Developed by Kisima Farm and HZPC Holland B.V.
