It has a 4,000-m2 tissue culture center, 4,000 m2 of greenhouse, 60,000 m2 of net house, and 10,000 m2 of storage space.

It can produce 20m plantlets, 30m minitubers, 10,000 t of pre-basic seeds, and 25,000 t of basic seeds.

It can provide potato seeds for 26.7 thousand ha of potato field around Yulin.
