Mid-Isle Farms Inc operates potato storage and potato packing facilities on Prince Edward Island and is jointly owned by seven shareholder farms.

The company was founded in 1983 when it became evident that there was a need for a potato wash & pack plant in order to remain competitive.

PEI Potato Board Presents 2021 Potato Industry Recognition Awards

Three awards were presented to well deserving industry members at the Prince Edward Island Potato Board’s monthly meeting in March 2021. In addition, the award winners will be recognized at the PEI Board Annual Banquet in 2022.

The United Potato Growers of Canada (UPGC) presented Ivan Noonan with a Certificate of Appreciation as a founding Co-Chair of the organisation.

Ivan Noonan Receives Certificate of Appreciation from United Potato Growers Canada

The United Potato Growers of Canada (UPGC) recently presented Mr. Ivan Noonan with a Certificate of Appreciation as a founding Co-Chair of the UPGC, which was formed in 2006.

PEI Potato Industry congratulates Jennifer Harris on winning Mary Fitzgerald Industry Award

The Canadian Marketing Produce Association (CPMA) recently recognized Jennifer Harris, Marketing Director of Mid-Isle Farms in Albany, PEI, with the prestigious Mary Fitzgerald Award at their 91st Annual Convention and Trade Show in Calgary, Alberta.
