Company Description

Walther Farms is a 3rd generation family owned (potato) supplier of the potato industry headquartered in the Southwest region of Michigan.

Beginning in the 1940’s, the company expanded from a few vegetable acres of backyard hobby farming, to what has now become over 12,000 acres of commercial and seed potatoes grown throughout the United States for the potato chip and fresh table stock markets.

Walther Farm operations are located in the southwest and central regions of Michigan, southern Illinois/Indiana, Nebraska and Colorado, the panhandle and mid sections of Florida.

High quality seed potatoes are grown in isolated areas of both the northern Lower Peninsula and eastern region of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
