Established in 1980, the company totally rebuilt its packaging plant in 2013, using modern technology and a high degree of automation.

Mart Frozen Foods, a subsidiary of The Mart Group, has cut the ribbon on a USD 65 million high-tech food manufacturing facility in Rupert for the production of frozen, fully baked Idaho Potatoes (OH!Tatoes).

Potatoes are harvested and and sorted in Burley, Idaho.
