Marquart Farms is a diversified family farm in western New York, established in 1943 and now in its third generation.
In recent years, the Marquarts have invested heavily in the family business: they've built a brand new state of the art food grade facility capable of storing, conditioning and processing over 50 million pounds of potatoes annually.

Marquart provides most of its potatoes to Wise Foods.
In January 2016, Marquart Bros Farming LLC also launched their own potato chip brand, New York Chips. Marquart Bros New York Chips are available exclusively in stores of Wegmans Food Markets.
