LEAF (Linking Environment And Farming) is a UK-based organization dedicated to promoting sustainable farming practices that are both environmentally responsible and economically viable. Founded in 1991, LEAF aims to connect farmers, the food industry, scientists, and consumers to advance farming methods that protect the environment while producing high-quality food.

LEAF champions the concept of Integrated Farm Management (IFM)—a holistic approach that combines modern technology with traditional farming wisdom to improve productivity, enhance biodiversity, and reduce environmental impact.
