Agristo Tilburg

Potato wedges
Company Description

Agristo's Tilburg facility in the Netherlands, acquired in 2001 and integrated into the group's network, is a key location for frozen potato processing and storage.

Agristo modernized the plant, which was previously owned by Lamb Weston/Meijer, in the mid-2000s. This included installing a high-capacity production line capable of producing around 20 tonnes of french fries per hour, as well as full automation via SCADA systems and optical sorting at multiple stages of the process.

The Tilburg plant supports Agristo’s broader portfolio of frozen fries, croquettes, mashed potatoes, and other potato-based specialties, primarily under private-label agreements.
