El operador de restaurantes Yum Brands Inc. reportó el lunes una ganancia trimestral mayor a la que esperaba el mercado, y amplió sus perspectivas para todo el año, lo que impulsó un aumento de más del 4 por ciento de sus acciones en las operaciones electrónicas. La casa matriz de las cadenas KFC, Pizza Hut y Taco Bell dijo además que reduciría aún más la cantidad de sus acciones con la recompra de 1.250 millones de dólares adicionales de títulos de la empresa.
